1. 100% Client IP Ownership
All code, UI designs, system architectures, database schemas, and AI models engineered during a client engagement are 100% owned exclusively by the client upon project milestone completion.
2. Strict Non-Disclosure & Data Confidentiality
We sign bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to onboarding. Client proprietary data and trade secrets are never shared, sold, or utilized to train public machine learning models.
3. GDPR, CCPA & Global Compliance
Our engineering workflows adhere to GDPR and CCPA requirements with strict data residency controls and right-to-erasure mechanisms.
